The Advancement Counsel would be pleased to host an on-site one-day, morning, or evening workshop representing a variety of mutually agreed upon themes to better educate your advancement team, board members, key staff, parent and alumni leaders, and other strategic volunteers. We will outline how to better develop and integrate a comprehensive advancement strategy for your school. Participants will be challenged to think outside of the box of the role they play and more fully embrace an integrated system of shared responsibility for the success of your development effort. Each will leave more fully aware of the role they play; appreciative of the role others play and inspired to make a difference in advancing your institution.

The Advancement Counsel would be pleased to host this in-depth planning session for your advancement team across a variety of strategic components of your advancement program: office management, volunteer management, communications, media relations, constituent relations, special events, annual giving, campaign planning and planned giving. We will guide you through a high-energy planning process in developing comprehensive strategies for the key components of your advancement program. Your team will be left with a better understanding of the roles they play, their expectations for results, and the skill necessary to elevate your program to the next level.

The Advancement Counsel would be pleased to conduct a comprehensive program assessment for your school offering detailed analysis of all components of your development program. This two or three day, comprehensive assessment would entail dissecting your program, its strengths and weaknesses, and offering detailed recommendations to elevate your efforts and your results in all areas of your advancement program.

The Advancement Counsel would be pleased to segment your entire database to better organize, structure, and implement your annual fund program. At the conclusion of this two-three day process, you will be left with a fully segmented database, as well as proven strategies to communicate, cultivate, solicit, and steward your multiple constituencies across newly designed, highly effective, and detailed segments. You will no longer operate your annual fund the same way again. Through this process we will work with you to assign gift request amounts for each segment as well as train you on ways to monitor and review segment success reports. This process will be the first step in a comprehensive approach to changing the way you do business.
